If you wish to return merchandise purchased from us, you can request a Return Authorization via email to email@example.com within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order. We will not be responsible for any item returned without a valid Return Authorization issued by us.
Any item returned to us must:
1. use the original packaging
2. include the original packing slip
3. show no signs of use
Once you've received your Return Authorization, return the product to the address indicated on the Return Authorization. You will have 10 days from the date you receive your Returned Authorization to send in the item. We will not be responsible for issuing a refund for a product that is returned without a valid Return Authorization.
When returning any item, please be sure to pack the product properly. We cannot provide a refund for any product received by us in damaged condition.
All returns need to be sent via a shipping service that provides tracking information; return shipping is paid by the customer. We cannot provide a refund unless the product is physically received by us.
Once your product has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the account used for the purchase within 7 business days.
Please note that shipping fees and expediting fees are non-refundable.
Please note that products that are special ordered (eg. Walnut Roadster) are not eligible for returns.
